Mentoring in MyCareer launches in December 2025, with a full rollout in January 2026 during Mentoring Month.

Skills-Based Mentoring develops specific, measurable skills aligned with WBG priorities. It complements career guidance by helping mentoring pairs turn insights into targeted skill-building through hands-on learning and feedback.
