In response to strong interest and as part of the effort to promote the technical and personal growth of Water GP staff, the mentoring program, previously informally trialed by the Young Staff Network (YSN), has been formalized and is launching cohort 4 in FY26 as a collaboration between the YSN, the Water GP Learning Team, and the WBG Mentoring Team. This program is meant to provide a safe space for staff to learn, grow, share, and receive feedback for career development. Water staff participation is critical to the success of the program.

Eligibility Criteria: For this program, we would generally recommend mentors to be staff at level GG or higher and mentees to be at level GE-GF. For level GA-GD, please reach out to the coordinators if you would like to participate.
